Data and MCP enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we receive the contact information, city, coaching or gift requirements and any notes you choose to provide. This information is sent to our business management environment so that our team can reply.
Purposes
To respond to requests, organise coaching and gifts, manage bookings and paid orders, provide customer support and operate the site securely. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Technical processors
Forms, bookings and payments rely on integrated service providers. Information necessary to fulfil the request may be processed by these providers according to their respective roles.
Your privacy requests
To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, email info@moncoachpadel.ch. The final policy, including retention periods, requires review before public launch.
