Booking Policy – moncoachpadel.ch At moncoachpadel.ch, our priority is to guarantee our clients a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience. Here are the conditions applicable to class bookings: ✅ Bookings and Cancellations by our team If you book a class on time and we have to cancel it for any reason, any online payment will be immediately and fully refunded. If our booking system shows available slots, but they turn out to be unavailable during the final scheduling: We will offer you a new slot that suits your availability. If no slot is suitable, a class at a nearby partner club may be offered. After your approval, the new booking will be confirmed. In the event of disagreement, you will receive a full refund. 🔁 Modification or Cancellation by the client You have up to 48 hours before the class to cancel or modify your booking free of charge. After this deadline, we must charge the padel court rental fee, even if you are unable to attend the lesson. 📞 Support and Flexibility If you have any problems or questions, we remain available to find the best solution with you.
